Nordmaar Officers

To become an officer in the Nordmaar military, one must first gain their 4th enlisted rank and get the sponsorship of an officer.  Sponsorship is a huge deal because if one fails the 4 week officers course, the officer who sponsored you loses rank.

Upon rank and sponsorship, one must next apply through the Minister of Defense.

If accepted, the applicant undergoes a ruthless 4 week course of many hours, tasks and sheer humiliation.  Applicants are broken down, constantly tested and put under much stress.  Many quests are given and failure is an instant failure from Officers Training School.

When someone sees an Officer in Nordmaar (especially those with the Officers Training Graduate Ribbon), they will know that the rank and position were duly earned.

Nordmaar's Officers control all aspects of DSL's Kingdom Wars system from troop purchasing to strategy and tactics.  The Imm Leaders of Nordmaar do not interfere in this department as it would not be fair towards the other kingdoms.
