ROLE-PLAY KINGDOMS IN DSL

There are currently two strictly enforced role-play kingdoms in DSL. They are Ganth and Nordmaar.

What do I mean by strictly enforced role-play?

Well, it is really quite simple. In order to join one of these two kingdoms, you must role-play your way in. Once in, you must consistently role-play to remain in. Also, if you are not of these kingdoms, but are interacting with them, you must maintain consistent role-play. These are all enforceable rules which, if ignored could result in an untimely demise of your character.

What must I do to be eligible to join these kingdoms?

First of all, you must be of the appropriate race for the kingdom you wish to join. In Ganth it is minotaurs only. In Nordmaar it is human only. Also in Nordmaar, you must meet their description requirements. As they are a Celtic group, it will be rare to find a dark complexioned guy with blond hair. Most Celtics are fair complected to tanned and generally are red, brown, gray, black or bald headed. Eye colors are generally green, or gray. There is room for some discrepancies as some Nordmaarians are half Celtic, but this should be the exception, not the rule.

Second, You must have a valid and well thought out description. You will not even be considered without one.  A background will also help but is not required at this time.

Third, you may not use any ooc (out of character) means of getting into these kingdoms. It must be done completely in character and must be consistent with your role-play.

On a side note, if you are interacting with citizens of or within either of these kingdoms, you MUST role-play. No twinkish behavior will be tolerated. So, if you are killing mobs in their kingdom and they send guards out to capture you, you will either surrender to the guards, or begin an open emoting session in an attempt to escape or to put up a fight before being captured. Closed emotes are not acceptable. You must cooperate either way. The kingdom guards are expected to do the same. If you role-play it well enough, you may possibly escape. Keep in mind, however, levels nor pkill counters mean anything in these two kingdoms. A level 51 crusader can be captured by 3 or 4 level 10 guards and restrained. It is strictly role-play. Should you choose to be twinkish regarding this, you can be banned from the kingdoms or worse.

Remember, whether you are a citizen of these kingdoms, or merely an outsider interacting with or within these kingdoms, you must role-play.
