DRAW?:
Any level 51 can enter, and you wil be paired up with a RANDOM
partner. You get 1 point for a loss, 2 points for a win. 1
extra point if you are the tournament winner. The points carry
over a season. The top 3 places will be awarded Top Tier Dragon
Prizes.
