Tales
Not every story in Algoron is written in the history books. Some are told over
a tankard, whispered in an alley, or bragged about far too loudly in the stands of the
arena. Tales are small stories scattered across the realm, and the people in them
remember you. Help a shy ogre propose, solve a murder for the Sultan's guard, or rob
the only honest bank in Darkonin, and the folk of Algoron will remember how you did it
long after the dust has settled.
Most Tales have more than one ending, and some can end badly. A few steps must be
finished before time runs out. Whatever happens, the outcome is recorded on your
character for good, and characters you meet later may have something to say about it.

you are working on, including how much time you have left.
