The Church of Sebatis

Sebatis, child-student of his father Kwainin, is the youngest of the Neutral Gods, yet his youth says nothing of his power over the neutral magicks. As his final test he was thrown into a conflict between darkness and light in the mortal realm, with Kwainin watching closely. He never wavered and favored neither side, simply holding his ground to keep the world in harmony and out of Chaos.

He presides over the worshipers of neutral magic, whose devotion runs so deep they have come to blows over his name spoken in disrespect. To mortals he appears childlike, yet strong and determined.

It was Sebatis who destroyed the orb of the wizard Seanan, an artifact that could summon anyone, even a god, and split it into the eleven Shards of Seanan. He fought beside Turpa and Cliath against Malachive's maddened army and was with Turpa when she died, but he could not save her.

Years later, Seanan, risen from death as General of Chaos, came hunting the Heart of Time, and Sebatis faced him himself. The two grew to giant size and battled until Seanan lay beaten on the shore of Arkane. Then Seanan loosed the black vapor of Malachive's horn, which nearly destroyed Sebatis from within until Zandreya pulled him away. Sebatis has warned that Drakkara's power over the black moon is now absolute, with no one left to keep her in check.
